Human Art Commissions?

Anyone know of any decent human artists who are open for commissions?

I've only got 20 bucks and I really need a picture of my character Halo with her boyfriend Rex, who belongs to a good friend of mine.

Thats pretty much it...

Please, someone help me out here...
